Though the history of family medicine in Germany is based on many years, still the optimal running of a family medicine system has not been perfectly developed in the medical sense. Constant changes in health policies also bring changes in the family medicine system. It’s a fact that health policy changes especially in the last 10 years of practice of family physicians have made it stronger compared to other specialty areas in Germany. However, in the current system, physicians working as family physicians, have enforcement to know the health policies and also the exact rules of health insurance funds to adopt policies, practices, and other specialties in this direction, and this requires an harmonious work inside the clinic as well as outside with other physicians. In this article, the status of the family medicine in Germany was processed with some financial parameters.
