Chiliaditi Syndrome:A Case Presentation
Chiliaditi syndrome is a rarely seen anomaly that often remains asymptomatic. Exclusively colon or small intestines are squeezed between the diaphragm and liver. As it can be asymptomatic, also can occur with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, or shortness of breath. The diagnosis is made by direct radiography, ultrasonography (USG) or computerized tomography (CT). We present the case of a 38 year-old-woman with right upper quadrant pain, and colonic interp-o sition diagnosed by USG and CT.
