Effect of Physician of Bleeding Diathesis
The treatment process could be disconnected if the patients are followed by numbers of doctors. In case of elder patients, increasing number of drugs and disases would make this situation more difficult. In addition with the increased work load of the doctors and miscommunication between the doctor and the patient, even a simple repetition process may predispose to serious mistakes. Consistent and permanent follow up of a single doctor can reduce this type of errors.
