Özet
Sırt ağrısı ve solunum sıkıntısı her yaş grubunda dikkate alınması gereken şikayetlerdir. Pulse oksimetre ile oksijen satürasyonun normal görünmesi ciddi patolojileri ekarte ettirmez. Fizik muayene ve direkt grafi sonrası hala şüphelerimiz varsa, tomografi çektirmek veya ikinci basamağa yönlendirmek gerekebilir.
