A Questionable Medical Practice, Anxiety and Dyspnea
Back pain and dyspnea are complaints that must be taken serious in all age groups. pulse oximetry values within normal limits doesn’t exclude the serious pathologies. If we stil have doubts after phsycal examination and direct radiology, computerized tomography scanning or to refer to secondary health care services may be necessary.
