Assessment Of Long-Term Follow-Up And Care Of Bed-Ridden Elderly At Geriatric Health Care Center
As the elderly population increases, the requirement for elderly care services increases, too. It is important to develop practices to meet the requirements for home care and institution care in our country. In this case presentation, follow-up of bedridden elder with an inter-disciplinary team, determination of priorities for the problems arising, management of advancing period efficiently and correctly were assessed. In this sense, characteristics of long-term elderly care in institutional field were presented.
