While the world population is aging, physician must have adequate equipment against age-specific problems. One of these problems is communication with an elderly patient. If the physician cannot communicate well with elderly patient, it will be difficult to give the correct diagnosis and treatment. Our case seen in tertiary health institution, and had completely different medical history told by the patient himself and his daughter. We aimed to revise elderly patient communication techniques by primary care physician’s perspective.
