Practical Approaches For Physicians In Rational Pharmacotherapy Process
Abstract
Rational use of medicines (RUM) is a subject which appears more often on physicians’ daily practices. Physicians assume main responsibility for the therapeutical part of the RUM. There have been some approaches to help physicians manage the treatment process of their patients. If this process is improved systematically and patients are given information about their treatments, the success of the treatments increases dramatically. In this review was mentioned about some questions which should be answered by the physicians before treatment regarding RUM. It’s believed that the physicians who give satisfying answers to the questions which could be asked in each indication, would behave in a more rational habit.
